I had to go into hospital for a small op a couple of weeks ago, I wasn't sure how long it would take me to recover sufficiently at least to be cycling again, the official estimates varied between 4 - 6 weeks. Being worried about a serious period of being off the road, I took the opportunity on the day of the operation to trundle over the hills on my bike and take one or two photos on the way, including this one. You may be pleased to know that I have recovered sufficiently to be back out on my bike yesterday.
